  • Which meeting rooms are available?

    We have three unique, homey meeting rooms: Green Space (62m², for up to 20 people), Blue Space (22m², for up to 10 people) and Pink Space (19m², for up to 6 people). The spaces are ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops, off-site days, team sessions, coaching and brainstorming sessions.

  • Where is Space4 located?

    You’ll find us at Keizersgracht 4A in Eindhoven, above Barolo wine bar. From Eindhoven Central Station, it’s a 9-minute walk through the city centre. The Keizersgracht and Vrijstraat bus stops are right outside, and you can park across the street at Q-Park Hooghuis.

  • What makes Space4 different from other meeting rooms in Eindhoven?

    Our spaces are intentionally designed to feel welcoming and homely: colourful, filled with plants, plenty of natural light and equipped with everything you need for a successful meeting. After all, you already see enough of the standard office environment every day. 😉 It’s no coincidence that many of the Netherlands’ top 100 companies choose our meeting rooms.

  • What is included in the price?

    All our spaces are all-inclusive. This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV screen (HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C), whiteboard, flip chart, markers, Post-its, tape, premium coffee, fresh tea, soft drinks, water, fruit and snacks. There’ll always be something tasty waiting for you when you arrive, and a host will be on hand throughout your stay.


  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking well in advance to make sure you get the meeting room that best suits your needs.
    If we still have last-minute availability, you’re more than welcome! Online bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance.

  • Can I cancel or change my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel or change your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Would you like to change or cancel your booking? Please contact us via info@space4.nl. We’ll be happy to help.


  • Is the rooftop terrace open to everyone?

    Yes, absolutely! ☀️ During your time at Space4, you’re welcome to use the rooftop terrace. It’s the perfect spot to step outside, get some fresh air or simply enjoy the sunshine. There’s space for around 6 people.


  • What is included in the price?

    All our spaces are all-inclusive.     We offer several booking options, ranging from 4, 6 to 8 hours. View all rates and easily book your favourite space.

  • Can I visit Space4 before booking?

    Of course! Send us an email via info@space4.nl and we’ll arrange a convenient time. We’ll be happy to show you all our spaces so you can choose the one that’s perfect for you.

  • Is lunch or catering available?

    Of course! We offer a range of options through our fantastic local caterer, Sharon’s Catering in Eindhoven. On this page, you can choose from our different lunch options. We also offer afternoon snacks (mini worstenbroodjes from Houben, €4,95 per person), a sharing platter and dinner on request. Dietary requirements can be provided in advance.

  • Can I bring my own lunch?

    Of course! You’re more than welcome to bring your own lunch. Tip: just behind Space4 you’ll find Kleine Berg, one of Eindhoven’s most charming streets. Grab a delicious sandwich or go for a short walk, then return refreshed and ready to continue your meeting.

  • What are the additional charges if our meeting runs over?

    No stress if you need a little extra time! The first 20 minutes are free, as long as there’s no other group booked directly after you. Want to stay a little longer? Additional time is charged by the hour. Feel free to ask me, Susan, during the day and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Where is the best place to park?

    There are several paid parking options nearby: Keizersgracht car park (next to Space4), Q-Park Hooghuis (opposite Space4), and, within walking distance, Q-Park De Admirant, Parking De Witte Dame and Mathildelaan. For a more budget-friendly option, you can park at the TD building. The daily rate with an early-booking discount is €12, and it’s around a 10-minute walk from Space4.

  • Which hotel do you recommend?

    Space4 is located in the heart of Eindhoven, with plenty of hotels nearby. Just around the corner, for example, you’ll find Boutique Hotel Lumiére or choose from one of the 20+ other hotels nearby.
