If you’re with more than 10 people, we recommend our Green Space . This room is set up for 12 people as standard, but can accommodate up to 16 or even 20 people. As an added bonus, the Green Space has its own kitchen, a cosy seating area, multiple TV screens and whiteboards.

What does Blue Space mean?
Blue Space is one of the three meeting rooms at Space4. At 22 m², this is our medium-sized meeting room, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 10 people. Whether you’re here for a meeting, training session, workshop, strategy day, team session, coaching or a good brainstorm, Blue Space is the space to be.

Where is Space4 located?
You’ll find us at Keizersgracht 4A in Eindhoven, above Barolo wine bar. From Eindhoven Central Station, it’s a 9-minute walk through the city centre. The Keizersgracht and Vrijstraat bus stops are right outside, and you can park across the street at Q-Park Hooghuis.

What makes Space4 different from other meeting rooms in Eindhoven?
Our spaces are intentionally designed to feel welcoming and homely: colourful, filled with plants, plenty of natural light and equipped with everything you need for a successful meeting. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking well in advance to make sure you get the meeting room that best suits your needs.
If we still have last-minute availability, you’re more than welcome! Online bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance.
Would you like to book a meeting room within the next 3 days? Send us a mail with your preferred room, date and times, and any lunch requirements. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to let you know what’s available.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Would you like to change or cancel your booking? Please contact us via info@space4.nl. We’ll be happy to help.

Is the rooftop terrace open to everyone?
Yes, absolutely! ☀️ During your time at Space4, you’re welcome to use the rooftop terrace. It’s the perfect spot to step outside, get some fresh air or simply enjoy the sunshine. There’s space for around 6 people.

What is included in the price?
All our spaces are all-inclusive. This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV screen (HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C), whiteboard, flip chart, markers, Post-its, tape, premium coffee, fresh tea, soft drinks, water, fruit and snacks. There’ll always be something tasty waiting for you when you arrive, and a host will be on hand throughout your stay.

What are the rates?
We offer several booking options, ranging from 4, 6 to 8 hours. space.

Can I visit Space4 before booking?
Of course! Send us an email via info@space4.nl and we’ll arrange a convenient time. We’ll be happy to show you all our spaces so you can choose the one that’s perfect for you.

Is lunch or catering available?
Uiteraard! We bieden verschillende opties via onze fantastische cateraar Sharon’s Catering uit Eindhoven. Op deze pagina kun je selecteren voor welke lunchopties je wilt gaan. Daarnaast zijn er middagsnacks (mini-worstenbroodjes van Houben, een borrelplank en een diner op aanvraag mogelijk. Dieetwensen kunnen vooraf worden doorgegeven.

Can I bring my own lunch?
Of course! You’re more than welcome to bring your own lunch. Tip: just behind Space4 you’ll find Kleine Berg, one of Eindhoven’s most charming streets. Grab a delicious sandwich or go for a short walk, then return refreshed and ready to continue your meeting.

Where is the best place to park?
There are several paid parking options nearby: Keizersgracht car park (next to Space4), Q-Park Hooghuis (opposite Space4), and, within walking distance, Q-Park De Admirant, Parking De Witte Dame and Mathildelaan. For a more budget-friendly option, you can park at the TD building. The daily rate with an early-booking discount is €12, and it’s around a 10-minute walk from Space4.

What are the additional charges if our meeting runs over?
No stress if you need a little extra time! The first 15 minutes are free, as long as there’s no other group booked directly after you. Want to stay a little longer? Additional time is charged by the hour. Feel free to ask me, Susan, during the day and we’ll see what’s possible.

I held a workshop here in the Blue Room and it was a really great experience. Its lovely to be able to spend some time in one of the few older buildings in Eindhoven, and Jeske has created a professional but extremely relaxed atmosphere which helped to relax everybody. The location is perfect - right in the centre of the city, with easy access to parking, buses and trains, and room for bikes. The refreshment facilities are generous and really good quality, and having a 'kitchen area' right next to the meeting room is great. I found Jeske to be professional, communicative and organised, and also very friendly and approachable. I will certainly be back at Space 4 for future events.
